Now people tend to pursue the gel strength and ignore the gel elasticity, actually elasticity is crucial in the electrophoresis gel preparation, when thinner, low concentration of gel preparation is particularly prominent.

Attention:

1. When heating, avoid scalding.
2. Don’t put Agarose power into boiling water, you should dissolve a certain amount of agarose into covered triangular flask with buffer, heating with microwave or other heater for 2 minites, shake up to make it all dissolved.
3. Make agarose dissolved completely and heating time short.
4. If don’t use immediately, you can store 2-5days in 4℃.
